When you are ready to sell Gift Certificates online you simply need to publish your special online gift certificate order link. This link will take visitors to a form where they fill out all the necessary information to automatically purchase a gift certificate.
If you don't know your link, please reach out to support so we can provide it to you. This link is your online gift certificate order form. At this time we don't allow any customization to this page. The customer fills out the order form and receives an email receipt as programmed in your Email Rules in Settings. If you have elected to give the customer the choice of deliver method as programmed in Gift Certificate Settings, the customer will have the choice to have the certificate mailed to them, or emailed to them.
Assuming you give the customer both choices - by checking both boxes in your Certificate Settings page:
If they choose to have it mailed, it will be your responsibility to physically mail out a printer certificate as requested by the customer.
If they choose to have it emailed, a PDF of the certificate will be automatically sent to the email address as requested by the customer.

ThinkReservations will send an email to the "Notification email" that is programmed in the Business Settings when a new gift certificate is sold online.
You can view, manage, and search for existing gift certificates by clicking on Gift Certificates in the black bar at the top.
