When an incomplete task is attached to a reservation, you will see a colored circle with a number inside superimposed onto the guest's block on the calendar.
The color determines its due date status. Green means it's not due. Yellow means that it's due today. Red means that it's past due! The number inside the circle indicate the number of tasks for that reservation. When all completed tasks has been marked complete, the circle goes away.
