How to reset your password

If you or an employee has forgotten the password associated with their account, simple follow the below instructions:

To change your own password:

  1. Log into the account that needs to be changed or updated.
     
  2. Click Settings in the black bar at the top.
     
  3. Click the link to have the system send you an email to reset your password.


     
  4. Find the email with the subject "Reset your password" from support@thinkreservations.com, and click the blue link.


     
  5. This link will take you to a new page. On this new page you can change your password. You will need to enter the password twice to confirm. Make sure you don't have "Caps lock" on.


     
  6. Click blue box at the bottom to complete the process.
     
Test by logging into your account with your newly reset password.


 

Forgot Password

 
  1. From the login page, click the "Don't remember your password?" button.


     
  2. Once you click the link, you are taken to a new page. On this page enter the email address that you use to login to ThinkReservations.

    If you enter an email address that isn't associated with a ThinkReservations account, it won't be delivered.


     
  3. Click the SEND EMAIL button. If you entered your ThinkReservations email address, a password reset email will be sent to you to complete the process.
     
  4. Find the email with the subject "Reset your password" from support@thinkreservations.com, and click the blue link.


     
  5. Once you click the link, you will be taken to a page where you can change your password. You will need to enter the password twice to confirm. Make sure you don't have "Caps lock" on.

     
  6. Click the blue box the complete the process, and log in with your new password.
