Search for a customer

If you need to pull up a customer's record, you can search from the Customers page. Click on Customers from the black bar at the top.

In the NAME box at the top, enter all or part of a customer's name, email address, company, or phone number.

Click Search to the right of the box to search for the customer.

The results will be displayed below, sorted by relevance.

Click on the customer record from the search results to open the customer's record. The customer record shows customer information and private customer notes. Below are all bills where this customer is the primary contact. You can click on the bill to open it.

From the customer record you can also Delete, by pressing the Delete button at the top, or Edit, by pressing the Edit button on the top right.

You can also search for bills by entering a confirmation ID or customer's first and/or last name in the search box at the top of the calendar. The results will show matching bills where that guest is the primary contact.
