If you canceled a bill, but need to reinstate or undo the cancellation for some reason, follow the below steps.
- Open the canceled bill.
- If the bill contains a reservation, ensure that the dates are available for that room.
- Click the gear icon, and choose Undo Cancellation.
- Confirm that you would like to reinstate the bill in the popup.
- The reservation will be reinstated.
NOTE: If you have another reservation in place where the canceled reservation had initially been, you will not be able to undo the cancellation until you make the room available on the Calendar.
